Like most of us, PNW dropper posts need a little TLC to work their best. This service can be done at home, but if you're not feeling that grease stain life, we can take care of it for you. Our service program treats your PNW dropper post for regular wear and tear.
How does the Service Program work?
Add PNW Service Program to your basket and checkout.
Return your dropper post to the following address: Marches Parts Company Service Dept, 21 Frankwell, Shrewsbury, SY3 8JY. Include your order number in the package.
Upon receiving your return we will fully strip, clean and service your dropper and return it to you.
If your dropper needs additional care, we will be in touch via email to discuss your options and any additional cost.
Re-fit your dropper and enjoy the ride.

Who covers the postage?
You are responsible for the return postage. We will cover the cost of shipping your freshly serviced dropper back to you.
What is included in the service?
We will completely strip, clean, regrease and test your dropper post. We will also replace bushes and brass keys if needed. If any additional parts need replacing we will be in touch via email with details and if any additional cost is incurred.
What is the turnaround time?
We aim to complete your service within 3 days of receiving your dropper, often we will complete this faster depending on how busy the service department is.
